Recreational Services (Activities)

Through meaningful social and recreational activities, residents are provided with stimulation, involvement, participation and fun.

The Activities Coordinators regularly seeks the Resident’s views and comments on day-to-day activities at Aisling House. The daily activities planner is updated regularly and information is displayed on the activities notice board.

Therapeutic Services

Residents in Aisling House that have a medical card are entitled to free medical services through the General Medical Services (GMS) scheme. Every effort is made to ensure residents can access these services such as; physiotherapy, occupational therapy, chiropody, speech and language therapy, pharmacist, dietitian and other specialist services.

Whilst every effort is made to avail of HSE Services, if they are not available or residents choose not to use them, the services are sourced and made available in house.

All external therapeutic service providers are required to provide current Garda Vetting confirmation and are supervised whilst entering, carrying out therapies and exiting Aisling House.
